Welcome to

North Hampshire Urgent Care : Out of Hours Service

NHUC provides out of hours urgent medical care for people who are feeling unwell and are not able to see their own doctor because the surgery is closed.

No doctors or nurses will be available through this website, you will need to call 111.

Out of Hours is after 6.30pm until 8.00am every day, plus weekends and bank holidays.

We have two Primary Care Centres providing the service; Hantsdoc is located at Hook Surgery (covering Basingstoke, Hook and Hartley Wintney, Alton and Bentley) and Frimley Primary Care Service is based Farnborough Centre for Health (covering Aldershot, Farnham, Farnborough, Fleet, Crondall, Yateley, Camberley, Frimley, Ash Vale, Bagshot, Lightwater, Sandhurst and Owlsmoor).

If you require urgent medical advice or treatment please call 111 and your problem will be assessed by trained call handlers who will advise you on the best course of action to get the appropriate help you need. If you are assessed as needing help from our service your details will be passed to us electronically and you will be advised what to do next.

This service is only for urgent medical treatment and advice, which cannot wait until your own surgery is open again. We are not contracted to provide repeat prescriptions. These should be arranged with your own GP during normal surgery hours.
