What we do…
Same Day Care provides a range of NHS primary care services. We work with NHS 111, local hospitals and GP practices to deliver services that provide the right care in the right place at the right time to help to get you back to your best. Our teams also provide virtual care to help support those at home and a number of community services including seasonal flu response.

What we do…
TalkPlus is a high achieving NHS Talking Therapies Service for people in North East Hampshire and Farnham. We offer free NHS Talking Therapies in Rushmoor, Hart and Farnham for stress, anxiety, low mood and worry, as well as support for managing a long-term health condition.
