We’re incredibly proud to have her as part of North Hampshire Urgent Care and grateful for the difference she continues to make for veterans, serving personnel, and their families.

Katie says:
I’m incredibly honoured to have been awarded the Veterans Accreditation Merit Coin.

As an ex-Regular Army Officer who continues to serve in the Reserves, and as the spouse of someone serving full time, the Armed Forces community is a huge part of my life. Being able to merge my military background with my current profession is something I feel genuinely privileged to do.

At NHUC, we are committed to supporting those from the Armed Forces community in the best possible way, and this recognition reflects the dedication, commitment, and collaboration of an amazing team. I’m proud to be part of a service that truly values this work, and even prouder to work alongside colleagues who consistently go above and beyond to make a difference.

I’m also extremely grateful that my recent academic pursuits have focused on this area, strengthening my ability to support veterans, service personnel, and their families. I look forward to continuing this work and serving the Armed Forces community in the years ahead.
